Description

The IPC Head Side layer, used for screens, should be moved back a layer so it doesn't clip with hair and heads.

Reproduction

Give IPC hair / new head
Give a screen from Head Side
Explode

Expected behavior

Give IPC hair / new head
Give a screen from Head Side
See the screen appear BEHIND the new head shell / the hair
