Description

Hugging sometimes produces the line "interaction-Hug-fail-self-popup" which appears to be trying to use a locale string that doesn't exist.

Reproduction

  1. Hug someone
  2. Somehow interrupt it (cant figure out how)
  3. See broken locale

Expected behavior

  1. Hug someone
  2. Interrupt it
  3. See whatever the locale is

That is known; the locale is not supposed to exist, and fail popups are not supposed to be shown for no-op interactions
