Description of the issue

I try to run the matter over thread example. I got this error
matterCli> config VendorId: 65521 (0xFFF1) ProductId: 32773 (0x8005) HardwareVersion: 1 (0x1) Error config: Error CHIP:0x0000002D matterCli> config pincode Error config: Error CHIP:0x0000002D matterCli>

Steps to reproduce the issue

flash prebuilt firmware 
1. matter-accessory-device-images_2.2.0-1.2/release/BRD4187C/OpenThread
2. in the uart interface execute command `config pincode`
