AIS forwarder not working

My apologies in advance. I'm pretty much software stupid, but this seems like it should be pretty straight forward. I'm using the AIS forwarder by Harri Kapanen but for some reason it's not working. I've got it pointed to both Marine Traffic and AIS Hub, but neither is receiving any data. I've compared all my settings to a friend who has it working well, and I can't find any difference other that the Marine Traffic port no. I tried using the port no. he was sent when he set up his AIS station, but it didn't work either. I'm hopeful someone can go through all my settings with me and find what I did wrong. Thanks!
