Alert definition could use an 8 or 12 hour during-the-last condition

In "Step 2 - Define Alert Conditions", there is a large gap in the available durations in 'during the last'

The jump from 4 hours to 24 hours is very large and at lease one additional step would be very beneficial.

Please add 8 hours OR 12 hours.
