Those newer validators that were setup using our manual instructions (here) in the past 12 weeks, will need to ensure that they prep their node prior to upgrade by performing the following steps as outlined here.

This release contains multiple critical updates to address the issues with the stuck Terra transactions, IBC and rewards.
