Flashing Spells does not work with ElvUI ? #888

After a format on my computer due to technical issues and installation from the beginning of my addons ovale does not work with elvui.Before that didn't have any problem.Spells were flashing normally.Am i doing something wrong or is it a bug? Should i install another addon ?
