Abuseipdb builtin app endpoint path is wrong for network block check

The endpoint should be as below for check-block but the abuseipdb app comes with Shuffle inside has the path error.

In the Shuffle the app calls check_block so it gives error.

It is downloaded from cloud i think so it should be corrected from there.

Fixed for the app on cloud, meaning it should be good for anyone using it going forward! The one in this repo may be outdated for a while. We are working on having Cloud Apps automatically updated for these, but it's not automatic yet:

@dhaval055 people like @mesutgungor who report things properly is another feature we should be adding to the Creator suggestion system.
