Hi,
I've spent hours on trying to find out what the mobile phone status bars (top and bottom outside site on mobile phones) is suddenly white since 11.0.0. It's been black like the page backgrounds for the first 10 versions of Dawn? Is it a bug or can i change it? Please point me in the right direction to change it in theme or in code please. My sites look crap on with the white top and bottom status bars
