after running my gplvm on my own data set that uses solely the label '0'
command
./gplvm gnuplot *.model xxx
throws an uncaught exception, I had to change the label to '1', I assume your parser cant handle zero

Very likely the case, I think relevant code is in gplvm.cpp, feel free to have a dig and see if you can track where the exception isn't caught!
