Delete autogenerated presets

Current behaviour :
Whenever you launch the app, a preset named "On App Start" will be created. The same will happen when you launch the game with the preset named "On Last Game Launch".

If I decide to delete either of those presets, they will automatically come back on the next app launch OR on the next game launch.

Suggestion :
Make it possible to permanently delete those presets (or hide them from view) if the user wish so.
