Off Steam Mod access request for "Prop Joe" modding tool mods

Hi Shazbot, I'm new to the TW:WH3 modding scene and want to use several of your TW:WH3 mods but can only find them on steam, which as my game copy is from EPIC I cannot access. Is there anywhere else you have uploaded your mods, or any way I can access them outside of steam?
