ans=>1 Concretely, a higher-order component is a function that takes a component and returns a new component.A higher-order component (HOC) is an advanced technique in React for reusing component logic. HOCs are not part of the React API,

Typing slow = 200ms(it will take hole word you enter in search)

Typing Fast= 30ms(It will take the fews words in search)

performance: -typing in search:iphone pro max=14 letter *1000 =14000 with debouncing = 3 API calls *1000 =3000

Debouncing with 200ms- -if difference between 2 key strokes is <200ms - Decline API -200ms make an
