New options request - 1)Choose "Phone-Only" or "Google" 2)Group view "List" or "Photo"

This program works great!  Thanks!  I especially like the option to import into 
custom groups.  

Two suggestions for future enhancements, assuming they are not an existing 
option that I overlooked...
1) All contacts ended up in the "Google" part of the Contacts list, instead of 
the "Phone-Only" where I wanted them. I have sync turned off, and hopefully, no 
app turns it back on behind the scenes.

2) Groups show the photo view by default, but none of my contacts have photos.  
Is there a way to view only the name in a group list, like in the "All 
Contacts" list?
