Feature request - import multiple occurences of an item, e.g. notes

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Many of my vCards have multiple notes
2. vCardIO only imports one note

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
+ vCardIO should import all notes from my vcards, howver only one of the notes 
is imported.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
+ vCardIO v0.32-sms
+ Android 4.0.4

Please provide any additional information below.
+ I have not checked whether the same problem occurs for multiple occurences of 
other fields (such as multiple phone numbers in the same category), but I 
suggest that all fields be checked to allow multiple occurences to be imported 
fully.
