Add support to import VCARD from clipboard

It could happen that the user already has some VCARDs amongst his SMS messages 
by the time he installs VCardIO. It those cases it's not possible to import 
those contacts. 

This feature request would help: copy the SMS to the clipboard and import it in 
VCARDIO.

As an initial step, I'd like to submit this simple patch.

Possible TODO: listen to clipboard copy events. AFAIK this is only possible in 
API level 11. Any alternatives?
