Project Management

The application of knowledge , skills , tools and techniques to meet the project requirements and achieve the desired outcome.

Project

  • A project is a unique endevour and usually includes a set of unique deliverables.
  • It's also a temporary pursuit. It has a defined beginning and an end.

What does Project Managers do ?

  • Planning and organizing (gathering requeriements for team mates and customers, Kick up meetings, creating project plans)
  • Managing Tasks
  • Budgeting
  • Controlling cost and other factors
  • Adding values to the project in many diffrent ways for example adding servives for customers

Day to Day duties for Project manager includes :

  • Monthly status report
  • Implement new and necessary technologies
  • Tracking work plans and performance metrics
  • Assisting other members of the operation team
  • Ensuring timely responses to requests for information

Stakeholders

Stakeholders are people who are interested in and affected by the project's completion and success.
