Visualisation files

  • NetworkxNeo4j.py: Clustering and graph analysis with the NetworkX library of Python.

  • Neo4jQueries.py: Queries used to retrieved and analyse data in Neo4j.

  • Statistics folder: In this folder there are the scripts for retrieve statistics of the Metadta and OpenAccess databases and calculate the Fisher test between the topics of the Metadata graph.

  • OverlappingGraphs folder: In this folder there are the scripts for calculating the overlap of the relationships in the Metadat and OpenAccess database.
