Ad container coverts Theme dropdown options #425

If you open the theme dropdown, the option menu is placed underneath the ad container (#semantic-sponsor). See the screenshot below:

It can be fixed by changing z-index of #semantic-sponsor from 3 to 2.

I can submit a PR for this, if needed.
