Android App connection error (1044)

Hello,

I bought a Wio link a few weeks ago, in order to use it with students.
I failed to make the app work using the global server (i received the message "server error" when I tried to connect)

So I created a server using a VPS. I followed all the instructions to get Apache ready (https://github.com/Seeed-Studio/Wio_Link/wiki/Server%20Deployment%20Guide). But I can't setup my wio link with the app :

• I can connect to my local wifi network (stpe 1)
• I can connect to the wio device (step 2)
• I have an error during the step 3. The app shows "get devie status" until the end of the countdown, then a message error appears "Connection error, please check your internet connection and try again.... Error code:1044)

My internet connection is fine. I can't identify where the problem comes from.
