Script "Failed to connect the broser"

Hi, i tried to download my product on kleinanzeige
with the command "pdm run app download" the script start and also open Egde but I receive this error:

Do you have an ideee where is zhe problem ? ( i tried the comand as admin and also without admin right)

Then i tried to start and add the Chrome configuration on config

with chrome config i reveive this error: ( i have the same problem if i start as admin the cmd
