Is this still needed/ wanted? I would like to take a look at this but would probably need some guidance/help as this is my first issue.

Or is this too big for a first issue as the sea-query PR for this seems to be huge? @ikrivosheev

Hey @phillyphil91, this is still wanted. But after we got SeaQL/sea-query#179 implemented.

I think this is still a "good first issue", as it can be split into discovery, parsing and writer. Interlocking module with precise scope.
