When no camera is connected the user can control the eyes with their mouse

Because of this, we disabled the config menu, as otherwise it would constantly pop up every time the user moved their mouse

A button to bring up the config menu should be added for this mode only, and the config menu should load with limited options (as there is no reason to configure the model when no webcam is loaded, for example)
