Watchlist - positioning

• ensure that at all times the Title bar of the Watchlist is fully visible; examples include, but not necessarily restricted to:
• Launcher docked to the left/right, Watchlist moved to the top of the screen and Launcher then docked to the top. Currently the Launcher will position on top of the Watchlist; change so that Watchlist will automatically move so that the Title bar is fully visible
  -Similarly, if the Watchlist is moved to the left/right of the screen and then the Launcher is docked to that side, the Watchlist should be automatically move so that the Title bar becomes fully visible
