powertoys-np: Error loading dll's

Package Name: nonportable/powertoys-np

Current Behaviour

When installing Powertoys via:

scoop bucket add nonportable
scoop install nonportable/powertoys-np

and then restarting the computer while adding it to Auto start, I receive quite a lot of error messages as popups:

Also, while the tray icon seems to be there I cannot do anything with it, not even opening the menu.

Expected Behaviour

Expected would be that PowerToys finds it dll's and can be used normally.
