Implement and integrate the Filter Components with Home Pages

Implement the necessary UI components to enable DP filtering, including Structure filters, SMILES String filters, and other required filters.

Users will be able to apply filters in their searches only if those filters have been added by an admin. Administrators will have access to a distinct UI that allows them to select which properties can be used for filtering from the defined protobuf schema.
