This is currently sitting in my fork's master branch, but As I mentioned in slack

So I got the testing automation working, unfortunately my tests are failing locally so they are also failing on the pipeline. On top of that I got flake8 working.... but we have 300 violations and it won't let the pipeline run out until we get under 50. So my thought is keep working as we are and add the two pipelines in when we have more time to work on these sort of nice-to-haves.

So for time being I will just leave this ticket sitting.
