Adding and playing playlists is now broken

I'm using Spop with Volumio2 and all playlist functionality is now broken, and when I try to manually add playlists to the queue, this is the output:

I believe it might be related to this: https://developer.spotify.com/community/news/2018/06/12/changes-to-playlist-uris/ , but it was working fine until earlier this month or the end of last month.
