Organization 리드미 작성

scoup-backend와 scoup-frontend 말고 scoup 레파지토리를 따로 만들었었는데, 이제 organization에도 리드미를 작성할 수 있게 되었네요!ㅎㅎ 예쁜 스쿱 로고가 있는 리드미를 작성해보아야겠군요ㅎㅎ
