What does this PR do?
This PR registers the user to SignIn in to the Database.
Description of the task to be completed?
When the user submit their mail address and clicks subscribe, it authenticates and logins the user.
Once logged in, it adds the user mail address to database and gives a message "Thanks for signing up".
If a user email address is in database, he/she wouldn't have to login again.
In frontend, it has a simple newsletter signup page.
How can this be manually tested?
This can be manually tested by installing npm from your root folder.
