What problem are you trying to solve?

Add support for https://www.chartjs.org/docs/latest/samples/legend/html.html

Describe the solution you'd like

For example, the component types should support options={plugins.htmlLegend}

Describe alternatives you've considered

There are no alternatives. I simply have to ignore the ESLint error
