Support "Add new Major head entry", and "Add new Minor head entry" buttons #34

Support 2 different add new line buttons:

"Add new Major head entry", to add new entry for any MajorHead, in the same MajorHeadGroup, button show just before MajorHeadGroup Totals
"Add new Minor head entry", to add new entry for same MajorHead as the one just above the button, but with any MinorHead
