Correct title/description

I think this is for @KETHERCORTEX, but right now when social media sites show a preview from the safecast.live link the info it shows is:

SAFECAST DATA TERMINAL
Real-time radiation and air quality data shown on a map

Which isn't correct or even appealing. Can we change it to:

SAFECAST LIVE
Listen to endlessly evolving audio driven by environmental monitors.
