Allow in-browser elision of bgeigie uploads before submission

It'd be nice to have a way to remove points from a drive before submitting. Ideally doing this based on a boundary would be nice.

The use case is someone who might be testing a device then take it outside. And would like to remove the testing points while keeping the outside points.
