Forgot Quit Password

Hello everyone. I'm a teacher who is trying to use SEB on an iPhone for exam purposes. But it seems like I'm wrong in configuring and don't know the password to exit the app. I tried passwords like seb, exit, password, but it didn't work. Now my phone is stuck on the screen like a picture. is there anything I can do to overcome this?
