Describe the bug

The remote machine runs Ubuntu 16.04. I got the message 命令"🌈 Enable Rainbow Fart"导致错误 (command 'rainbow-fart.enable' not found) when enabling the extension.

How To Reproduce

Remote ssh and enable the extension
