Proposing New Use Cases

To propose a new use case please:

1. create a new wiki page
2. title the page "Use Case:" followed by your use case title
3. copy and paste the following outline into the new page
4. fill in the appropriate content
5. edit the use cases home page and add your new use case to the list as a link to your new use case page
