Describe the feature/Bug your gonna work on

• Once we hit our MVP with notification functionality, I think we can start reaching for some extras! One of these that we've been talking about is allowing users to upload their own content to be incorporated into their - we'll need a component (with styling and testing) to allow users to update their video library.

Additional context

• We'll need a form here where users can provide a url (SoundCloud, YouTube, or Vimeo) as well as a category, so that our back end knows which section to put this in.
• We may also want to visually display a users library of videos, where they can view their current video playlists by category & delete videos they no longer want to receive.
