Using the gdcmData sample files to test Ultrasound Region redaction,
there may be a problem redacting images such as

ACUSON-24-YBR_FULL-RLE.dcm
ACUSON-24-YBR_FULL-RLE-b.dcm
ALOKA_SSD-9-MONO2-RLE-SQ.dcm

dcmaudit_redact_ybr_rle
