Data is not ready to be ingested, but we can start making a script to streamline the workflow of ingesting data.

@aburgasser will send test data set.
Kelle will write a script to pull info from headers to complete an ingest
Assume script will be run by undergrads
Should also include instructions for how to do the pull request

Need to write some functions (in pyspextool) which convert filenames from "calspec" to instrument_mode_radec_object_yyyymmdd.fits (Rename and convert calspec files pyspextool/pyspextool#155)
Need a reference for the pyspextool team
figure out workflow for uploading to AWS.
