Feature: Transform List Items Type

When i retrieve a list of Threat ids from Harfanglab events on Sekoia, i'm unable to send them to the Harfanglab API because Sekoia gives me a list of strings and Harfanglab spects a list of integers.

So.. i need an util that converts this list items from strings to integers.
