Admin / Deleting Orgs -- sometimes it is a 2 step process

Sometimes when deleting an organization (using the Delete Organization button), the program doesn't actually delete the organization, but appears instead to delete the Inventory.

Then you have to click Delete Organizations again to finally delete it.

This doesn't always happen, and might depend on whether or not there is actually any inventory associated with the org, or if the inventory has a lot of records (???). not sure.

This isn't the end of the world, but it might be nice to have it all be one step when clicking on Delete Organization.

Low priority but wanted to record it.
