I want to encode a list of files types on a measurement. Currently, I have to represent this as a custom annotation that appears on an opil.Measurement() object.

@tramyn can you provide more detail on your use case? How is the file type intended to be used?

Could you use a URIParameter with an EDAM file format specified (https://bioportal.bioontology.org/ontologies/EDAM/?p=classes&conceptid=http%3A%2F%2Fedamontology.org%2Fformat_1915)?

@mwes how are file types for a measurement interpreted in a structured request? Could you provide some description here?
