Exchange SapMachine 11 with SapMachine 17 or 21 #5127

Hi colleagues,
In
https://github.com/SAP/jenkins-library/blob/master/resources/metadata/whitesourceExecuteScan.yaml#L258
there is a URL of a 5+ year old SapMachine. Issue to replace this with e current one: #5125 with fixing PR #5126

But SapMachine 11 will go OutOfMaintenance in Dec2024. compare https://github.com/SAP/SapMachine/wiki/Maintenance-and-Support
Can you switch to SapMachine 17 LTS or 21 LTS?
