Missing eu12 region

Issue description

Hi,
I was looking for ip addresses for region eu12 (for API Endpoint: https://api.cf.eu12.hana.ondemand.com/) and it is not on this page at all. The last update to the page seems to be january of last year - would it be possible to update this page to include this region?
