Choose a license

It would be nice if the code, however brak, was available to people who would like to build on it.
For this a suitable license needs to be chosen.

I propose we use a strong copyleft license like AGPLv3: https://choosealicense.com/licenses/agpl-3.0/
It will enforce that all the derivatives of this code will stay under the same license, and must be open source
