RF Explorer Test Suite Integration

In an effort to provide better video diagnostics, at the request of a local racer, the project may include a RF Explorer. Luckily, the RF explorer has python libraries already published here for implementation.

Process for integration:

1. Message RF Explorer about feature set
2. Purchase RF Explorer
3. Try this library: https://github.com/RFExplorer/RFExplorer-for-Python/blob/master/Examples_USB/RFE6GEN_Example_USB.py
4. Add the library to the GUI with a separete menu for testing

Feature List (in priority order)

1. RF Power measurement at a set frequency with SMA direct
2. Rough RF pass/fail at a set frequency with wireless (needs a calibration point)
3. RF spectrum report on 8 frequencies
4. RF spectrum report on all frequencies
5. Identify top 3 sidebanding peaks and relative levels
