Talking Album - Adding new Location does not update unless Saved once. #141

There is a mandatory Location entry dropbox multiple times on the page.

You add a new Location the first time. This does not get updated to the database unless the Talking Album is saved at least once.

This is a problem because the second Location Drop Box will not show the new location, you can not add it again. You are logically stuck
