Multi-audio capability for Talking Albums

Introduce the ability to add multiple language captions for Talking Album.

This could be something like,
at admin side: an image can map to more than one audio
at site view: there could be a drop down on the white ribbon where the print captions are: from here the viewer can select audio tracks in the languages for which translations are available
