Check the browser compatibility of TIFF files to upload/render across browsers.
Looks like it's supported only on Safari, refer: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/2176991/display-tiff-image-in-all-web-browser

Visible Women Panel 6 could not insert, "S009 16A.tif" on Chrome. Works on Safari
